Anticipation is already growing for Harbor Lofts, downtown Anaheim’s first mixed-use building. Located on the Center Street Promenade next to Disney Ice, Harbor Lofts will have ground floor retail and 129 for-sale residential lofts above including 18 two-story live/work units. The sales information center is scheduled to open mid-September.

The ground floor retail will span approximately 14,000 sq.ft. offering conveniences and every day services. The residential portion of Harbor Lofts will feature spacious one- and two-bedroom lofts measuring approximately 1,035 sq.ft. to a generous 2,452 sq.ft. The two-story live/work lofts will have separate, private entries on Harbor Boulevard and Center Street Promenade. Move-ins are expected in mid 2007.

To complement the open and light-filled floor plans, interiors will beam with high-style appointments including concrete flooring, high ceilings, and stone kitchen countertops. In addition, residents will enjoy exclusive amenities including a residents-only entry, a pool and cabana, underground parking and much more.
